Bend Botox was created to allow patients easy access to Botox treatments in Bend, Oregon, with Dr. Linda Leffel and Richard Lindsay, the most experienced practioners in Central Oregon with Botox, having used Botox Cosmetic® clinically since 1996. Botox Cosmetic at Bend Botox is a safe nonsurgical treatment that smoothes and erases frown lines, crow’s feet around the eyes, lip wrinkles, and forehead creases and thick bands in the neck. Botox also relieves tension and migraine headaches, and excessive sweating in the armpits and hands. Botox is safe, and has been used for over 30 years in medical treatments in ophthalmology and neurology.
Botox Cosmetic works by temporarily erasing the wrinkles, by reducing the muscle contraction. Within days of your treatment with Botox Cosmetic, you will see an improvement in the wrinkles, or complete removal of the wrinkles, for up to 4 months. Results may vary.
A Botox cosmetic treatment at Bend Botox requires very little time for a treatment. Patients are given the option of numbing cream, to make the treatment painless. At Bend Botox appointments are convenient and quick; you can be treated during the lunch hour and head back to the office.

Fillers
Soft tissue fillers are injected under the skin to "plump up," contour and smooth wrinkles, lines and hollow areas in the face and augment the lips or cheeks for a younger, fuller appearance.
Sculptra™
 Sculptra™ is a new injectable product used to counteract the loss of fat beneath the skin (a condition called lipoatrophy). Sculptra is injected into the deep dermis layer of the skin to improve the appearance of sunken cheeks, hollow eyes, indentations and wrinkles. Its main component is an alpha hyrdoxy acid that has been used for 20 years in surgical products such as dissolvable sutures. There is no need for allergy testing. Clinical trials have shown that the benefits of Sculptra treatments can last up to two years.

Radiesse™
 Radiesse™ is a synthetic injectable filler that reduces wrinkles, creases and scars by augmenting the body’s natural collagen supply. Composed of microspheres in a biocompatible gel, Radiesse is made from the same minerals found in our bones, so it carries little risk of allergic reaction. Radiesse can be used on many areas of the body, including the lips, nasolabial folds, peri-oral lines, depressed scars and oral commissures.
Treatments typically take 15 minutes and require only local anesthetic. Side effects such as swelling or bruising are minimal and should fade within a few days. Results are visible immediately after the injection and can last for months or years, although the procedure can be repeated as often as you wish.

Restylane®
 Restylane® is designed to smooth wrinkles, sculpt lips and shape facial contours. It is a clear, synthetic gel made with hyaluronic acid, a natural substance that is found throughout your body. It carries little risk of allergic reaction. The most common areas for treatment are the glabellar lines (between the eyebrows) and the nasolabial folds (from the root of the nose to the angle of your mouth). With its unique ability to bind with water, Restylane remains in your skin for many months.

Juvéderm™
 Juvéderm is an injectable gel that gently reverses many signs of aging in the face, including fine lines and wrinkles, crow's feet, thinning lips and loosening skin. It can also "plump up" the lips, sculpt the cheeks, and restore a youthful oval shape to the face. It is made with hyaluronic acid, a natural substance found in the body that works with collagen and elastin to give volume and support to the skin. Because it is non-animal-based and highly biocompatible, no pre-treatment testing is needed. Juvéderm comes in three formulas optimized for the depth of the area being treated. Results last about 6-9 months and can be made to last even longer with a simple follow-up treatment a few weeks after the initial injection.
