Richard E. Lindsay, PA-C
A board-certified physician assistant and a Fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Richard specializes in primary care and surgery. He completed the Physician's Assistant program at Duke University Medical Center in 1987 after earning a Master's degree, also at Duke. Prior to that, he earned Bachelor's degrees in Health Science from Duke and in Biology from the University of Oregon - Eugene. At the Leffel Center, he is responsible for all phases of patient care, including pre- and post-op instructions, obtaining histories, performing physical exams, ordering tests, writing prescriptions, and other responsibilities.

Richard is married to Dr. Leffel. He enjoys spending time with their 3 children and enjoys teaching his children to ski, coaching youth soccer, as well as many outdoor activities including cross-country and alpine skiing, kayaking and bicycling.
