Optimal Weight 5&1 Plan
Every plan emphasizes the consumption of six small meals per day. In fact, this is the first Healthy Habit you will learn. Eating On the Optimal Weight 5&1 Plan, your body enters a gentle but efficient fat-burning state while maintaining retaining lean muscle mass. Choose from more than 60 convenient, nutritionally interchangeable, scientifically-designed Fuelings.
Optimal Weight 4&2&1 Plan
The Optimal Weight 4&2&1 Plan is a more flexible program. It is perfect for you if you want to continue eating from all the food groups, or exercise frequently and intensely. Four of your meals are OPTAVIA Fuelings. Every day you will also prepare two “lean and green” meals, and enjoy one healthy snack.
Optimal Health 3&3 Plan
The Optimal Health 3&3 Plan will help you sustain your gains. This nutritionally balanced plan is easy to follow and consists of three balanced lean and green meals and three Optimal Health Fuelings each day.

How Much Does OPTAVIA Cost in Central Oregon?
The OPTAVIA plan is personalized to each patient. At your consultation, Dr. Leffel will conduct an intake interview and physical examination. She will be your first point of contact on your journey of transformation. When the two of you come to a consensus on the scope of your plan, the Leffel Center can quote you an accurate cost.

OPTAVIA is more than a diet. It is a lifestyle change that will improve your entire relationship with food. OPTAVIA is a community of like-minded people who are all in different phases of the same weight loss journey. Together, with this support and with OPTAVIA’s nutritious mix of purchased, processed food — called “fuelings” — and homemade “lean and green” meals, you will see that life is more than counting carbs or calories. The plan additionally recommends doing about 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per day.
Drinking alcohol is not recommended while on the OPTAVIA Program. Consuming alcohol increases your calorie and carbohydrate intake, which can take your body out of the fat-burning state and hinder weight loss.
